3 Scope of Services & Disclaimers
Alif Hajj Services acts as an authorized pilgrimage travel organizer, visa facilitator, and documentation coordinator. Our services include:
- Comprehensive Hajj, Umrah, and Ziyarat packages including flights, hotels, and ground transport.
- Assisting pilgrims in preparing, verifying, and filing Umrah e-visa applications.
- Facilitating the generation of mandatory Saudi hotel and transportation BRNs.
- Pilgrimage itinerary planning, group departures, and date alignment.
- Urgent visa processing coordination where opted.
- Continuous guidance on Saudi entry guidelines and pilgrimage rituals.
4 User Responsibilities
As a condition of using our services, you agree and covenant to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal details, contact numbers, and travel plans.
- Submit clear, genuine passport scans with a minimum validity of 6 months from the intended date of entry.
- Provide authentic photographs complying with Saudi visa specifications.
- Carefully review all draft applications and confirmation details before authorizing final submission.
- Notify us immediately of any changes to passport details, dates, or travel plans.
- Abide by all applicable laws, customs, and religious regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of India.
5 Visa Processing Guidelines
Visa issuance is governed exclusively by Saudi regulations, which may change without prior notification. Please note:
- Submission of your documents and payment of fees does not guarantee visa approval.
- Standard processing durations are indicative estimates based on routine system turnaround; government delays, server updates, or manual verifications are beyond our control.
- Incorrect, mismatching, or incomplete documentation provided by the applicant will result in application rejection or processing delays for which the Company bears no liability.
6 BRN-Linked Services
BRN (Booking Reference Number) issuance is tied to licensed Saudi hotel and transport operators via Saudi central platforms (Nusuk Masar). Once generated, BRNs are bound by the operating terms, tariffs, date restrictions, and amendment policies of the respective Saudi suppliers.
7 Payments & Charges
All applicable package payments, service fees, government visa charges, mandatory medical insurance costs, BRN fees, planning fees, and urgent processing surcharges must be paid in full prior to file creation in the Saudi system.

8 Third-Party Services
Airlines, hotels, ground transport operators, payment gateways, and visa portals operate as independent entities. Alif Hajj Services is not liable for schedule changes, flight delays, overbooking, baggage losses, room standard variations, or system downtimes caused by third-party suppliers.
9 Cancellation & Refunds Summary
Once visa file preparation, government submission, or BRN generation has commenced, relevant fees become non-refundable due to non-recoverable commitments made to Saudi systems. 10 Regulatory Changes & Force Majeure
The Company shall not be deemed in default or held liable for non-performance, delays, cancellations, or losses arising from events beyond reasonable control ("Force Majeure"), including but not limited to:
- Sudden changes in Saudi visa regulations, quota limits, or entry conditions.
- Temporary suspension or closure of Umrah / Hajj visas by Saudi authorities.
- Saudi MOFA, Nusuk, or banking platform technical blackouts.
- Border closures, airspace restrictions, or flight suspensions.
- Pandemics, epidemics, government quarantine orders, natural disasters, strikes, or civil unrest.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, alifhajjservices (Indora Square, Nagpur) shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from visa rejections, delays, flight cancellations, missed hotel check-ins, or deportation arising from inaccurate customer data or governmental decisions.

12 Intellectual Property
